On Friday, June 6, alumni gathered at Annie Bailey's Irish Pub in Lancaster to toast the 24-year LCDS teaching career of Chip Smedley. It was a fun and fitting send-off for Mr. Smedley who is leaving Country Day to pursue a lifelong dream of working as an investigative reporter for Lancaster Newspapers. Over fifty alumni attended the event! They represented classes from 1988 to 2006 and traveled from as far away as New York City and the Jersey shore. Everyone had a great time recalling M.U.N. stories and catching up with one another. Thank you to everyone who participated.
